Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know where a leak is coming from?
Water travels along slabs and pipes before it shows, so the stain is often some distance from the source. We check the areas above and around the damage before recommending any work.
Can you waterproof a bathroom without removing the tiles?
For small leaks at joints or around fittings, re-grouting, sealing or PU injection can work. If the membrane under the tiles has failed, the tiles have to come up so it can be replaced. Anything else is a short-term fix.
How long does roof waterproofing last in Dubai?
It depends on the system, the preparation and how exposed the roof is to sun. A properly prepared roof with a UV-resistant system lasts far longer than a coating put over a failed layer. We explain the expected life of each option in the quote.
