Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

A preventive maintenance program will be provided in writing by FixPro Technical Services Co.  within 14 days of signing the Contract. The PPM will be carried out as per specified schedule. The PPM is subject to change 

only if a prior notice of 72 hours is received from the customer. The PPM shall be deemed as cancelled if any notice is not received. 

Services included in package: 

 

  • Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) 
  • Reactive Maintenance or Scheduled Maintenance 
  • Emergency Call-outs 
  • Air Conditioning equipment maintenance services 
  • Electrical supply and associated equipment services 
  • Plumbing, Water Pumps Breakdown 

 

Emergency Calls 

 

  • Air Conditioning equipment failure or breakdown 
  • Electrical supply failure or breakdown 
  • Any major leakage / drain blockage / pipe bust 
  • Complete water system failure 
  • A 24/7 contact number will be provided (Response time within 1h) 

 

Air Conditioning Services includes:  

 

  • Cleaning of filters and outdoor units 
  • Check Condenser Coil  
  • Refrigerant check  
  • Relays & Contactors inspect & cleaning 
  • Inspected & loose connections tightened 
  • Temperature & Pressures calibration 
  • Capacitors checking  
  • Belts & Pulleys – Inspected & adjusted 
  • Condensate Drain – Checked to assure it is open 
  • Thermostat – Checked & calibrated 

 

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing 

 

  • Repairs and/or replacement of circuit breakers 
  • Repairs and/or replacement of control panels and ELCB’s 
  • Repairs and/or replacement of light fixture 
  • Repair of water pumps and motors (Replacement of full asset will be at additional cost) 
  • Repairs & replacement of washroom fittings 
  • Wire fault rectification
